Collaborative, Participatory, and Empowerment Evaluation: Stakeholder Involvement Approaches

Highlighting differences among the approaches, the authors focus on the role of the evaluator, who may be in charge of the evaluation, share control, or serve as a critical friend, leaving stakeholders in control.
